for its support of our 2009 Treasured Lives Breakfasts.

The LifeLink Legacy Fund

Supporting the LifeLink Foundation mission by providing hope to those in need of surgical, medical and
transplantation therapy. Our Good Samaritan Patient Care Fund was established to provide financial
assistance to end-stage organ disease patients and their families.

At these complimentary fundraising breakfasts we will:

· Share stories of joy made possible through the miracle of transplantation.
· Talk about the growing and critical need for organ and tissue donors - eighteen people are lost each day while waiting for a transplant.
· Celebrate the impact of LifeLink's work - facilitating more than one transplant a day in our community and region.
· Ask for crucial financial support for under-insured and uninsured patients needing life-saving medical care in our community.

The LifeLink Legacy Fund is privileged to play a part in providing hope for patients and their families in need of financial resources.
We are only able to help others because of those organ and tissue donors who chose to give the "Gift of Life."

These breakfasts are dedicated to them.
